学力や性格特性，コンピテンシーといった人間の潜在特性の測定や，それらの変化や成長に関するデータ分析の方法に興味があります。方法論研究・理論研究に重きを置いていますが，研究テーマや研究アプローチは常に現実世界の課題から抽出して設定するよう心掛けています。そうすることで地に足のついた，真に必要とされるデータ解析の研究が可能になると信じています。民間企業や海外大学での研究経験がありますので、興味がある方はお気軽にお声がけください。 |
